Psychotherapist in Dubai Specialising in Addiction, ADHD and Trauma

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:

I've been working with Karen for nearly a year, and she has been an incredible psychologist. Karen's guidance has helped me prioritize my mental well-being just as much as my physical health, reminding me that our minds are the true foundation of who we are. I'm deeply grateful for her expertise and compassion.

Karen Hayre is simply the best, she helped me a lot with everything I'm going through, she's an amazing listener and knows exactly how to help you.

Thanks Karen for your patience and understanding and your support.

I have been having sessions with Ms. Karen Hayre for over half a year now, and I can truly say it has been one of the best decisions I've made for my mental and emotional growth.

I'm truly grateful for her support and highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate therapist

What Happens Next?

1. Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. It's an opportunity for us to discuss what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and decide whether we're the right fit to work together.

2. Your First Therapy Session

If you'd like to move forward, we'll arrange your first session. This is a chance to explore your current challenges, understand your goals, and begin building a shared understanding of what you want to achieve. Together, we'll create a personalised plan tailored to your needs and pace.

3. Begin Your Journey

Therapy isn't about becoming someone different - it's about understanding yourself more deeply, breaking free from patterns that keep you stuck, and building a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic. Change doesn't happen overnight, but you don't have to navigate it on your own.
